Trade With Homie provides software tools designed to assist users in building, analyzing, and automating trading strategies.

• We do not execute trades
• We do not manage user funds or accounts
• We do not provide financial or investment advice

All trading decisions are made solely by the user, similar to standard trading tool providers.

By using our platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree to use Trade With Homie only for lawful purposes.

You must NOT:

• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system
• Abuse AI features (e.g., excessive automated requests, bypassing limits)
• Resell, distribute, or copy platform content without permission

Our platform uses AI to generate trading strategies and Expert Advisors (EAs).

• Outputs are generated based on your inputs
• We do not guarantee accuracy, profitability, or performance
• Users are fully responsible for testing and validating strategies

Certain features require paid subscriptions.

• All payments are processed securely via third-party providers
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled
• Access continues until the end of the billing cycle after cancellation

All platform content, including AI systems, Bot builder technology, UI/UX design, and branding are the property of Trade With Homie.

Users retain ownership of their own submitted strategies and inputs, but grant us a limited license to process them for platform functionality.

Trading involves significant financial risk.

• There is no guarantee of profit
• Losses can exceed initial investment
• Past performance does not guarantee future results

Trade With Homie is a tool provider only and is not responsible for any trading outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade With Homie shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses or trading losses
• Errors in AI-generated outputs
• Platform downtime or interruptions
• Third-party service failures

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or as required by law. You may also stop using the platform at any time.

We are not responsible for third-party performance, data handling outside our platform, or external service disruptions.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, update pricing, or change system functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Trade With Homie operates.
